Once again thanks for your guy's help! I love this community. But as far as I know the issue is solved. "general of the army" mod for anyone reading this. I went back through and I was able to pinpoint the source of the problem. All was good until I got to one set of mods that i activated. I ALSO did what Joe recommended and activated a few at a time and load the game up. I downloaded that mod and it appeared to get rid of the message, so thank you Dishes. I have updated the drivers before, but I'll do that again and if worse comes to worse ill try un and reinstalling everything I did install a few new ones, but i think the issue started when NMM updated. Check for mod conflicts, also check that all installed mods are up to date, because when the game has an update, sometimes the mod needs one due to conflict with official updates. In summation, Check that your drivers are up to date, restart your PC. You can doubt me if you want, but its a small percentage of mods that do this. If you don't do this the mod will never be deleted even if you remove the game and all its files, when you reinstall the mod files will still load up for some reason. To uninstall them you must do it from with in game via a holotape. Some mods are kinda "dangerous" to use the word loosely. Also I install my mods in groups of 1-3 at a time and load it up to check for possible conflicts. When installing mods I must first check to see if the author has listed any known conflicts, then I read the bug reports for conflicts and issues as well as the comments for the same thing. I have so many mods that the game shouldn't work. I have also noticed that when my Graphics Drivers need an update the game crashes at start up, so I need to update them and restart my computer, this works 99% of the time for me, so long as I have the mods installed and loaded in the correct order. I had one time where it was so bad that I had to Uninstall everything, and delete all mods (with the exception of modernweapons as the creator took it off nexus). I suggest viewing the NMM Forums in regards to the matter. I had and continue to have the same issue. It is crashing due to conflicts either between the mods, or how you loaded them.
